Overview
Purpose: Transfer a tenant to another property or unit if they move. Additionally, if an applicant changes their mind and is interested in a different property, you can transfer their application to another unit.
Target Audience: Admins, property managers, and leasing agents.
Step-by-Step
- Navigate to Operations (left menu) > Leasing (top toolbar) and select the approved application

Click Actions (dropdown) > Unit Transfer

Select the property that you want to transfer the application to

Note: The drop down will only show you available units that the applicant is approved for
