Syndicating to Marketing Platforms

Revela offers the ability to syndicate directly to marketing platforms like Apartments.com, Trulia, Zillow, etc. Listings can be updated and managed through Revela which will automatically update these websites. Once the listing is published, the platforms will receive the listing directly from Zillow which will be made public. Leads can be tracked in your marketing platform’s reports or within Revela’s Guest Card feature.

To connect Revela to your platform:

  1. Log into your Marketing Platform website and navigate to integrations or settings.
    1. Provide the marketing platform with your XML feed (https://yourdomain.revela.co/listings/zillow.xml).
    2. Save your settings
  2. This connects Revela to your syndication account.

Revela can integrate with third party syndication platforms like Tenant Turner to market listings across multiple platforms. Provide your syndication company with the XML feed to connect with Revela.
