Users who are logging into Revela for the first time can be invited to the portal in two ways: individually or in bulk.
Sending Portal Invites Individually
To send a portal invitation to an individual user, navigate to their profile dashboard in Revela. Click the Send Invite button below the Tenant Portal section of their profile overview.
Notes
- A user will need an email address on file before they can be sent an invite to Revela. To add an email address to a profile, select Action > Edit on a user’s profile dashboard page.
Sending Portal Invites in Bulk
If you need to invite multiple individuals to Revela at once, you can do so from the Leasing > Agreements tab.
Users can be selected individually by checking the box next to their name. Alternatively, you can use filters (such as property name) to narrow down and identify a group of users you would like to invite to the portal.
Once the desired group of users has been selected, click the Send Invite button to send an invitation in bulk.
