Purpose: This guide explains how to send and track emails and SMS messages to tenants within Revela.

Step-by-Step
1. Sending an Email or SMS to a Tenant

Navigate to the tenant's profile in Revela.

Click Actions > Send Email or Send SMS.

A pop-up box will appear where you can type your message.

Click Send, and the message will be delivered to the tenant's email or phone number on file.

Message Tracking:

The sent message, along with any responses, will be logged in the tenant’s Activity Log for reference.

2. Viewing Previously Sent Emails & SMS
To access past communications, go to:

View all sent emails, including:

Recipient details

Message preview

Read/unread status
