The Revela Integration Marketplace

As Revela's ecosystem of third-party integration partners continues to grow, keeping track of what's available and making it easy to request access becomes increasingly important for your team. The Integration Marketplace is a centralized hub within the Revela platform where clients can browse available integrations, see which ones are active for their account, and submit requests directly to the Revela Product Team for new integration ideas.

Browsing Available Integrations

To access the Integration Marketplace, navigate to "Integrations" in the left side navigation. From there, you'll see a list of available integration partners along with status indicators for each.

You can use the Search bar to filter integrations by name or keyword, or use the category labels to narrow results by integration type (for example, credit reporting or tenant screening). These filtering tools allow users to find relevant partners quickly.

Each integration partnership will have one of the following statuses listed on your account:

    • Enabled - This means that the integration is active within your Revela workspace.
  • Requested - If you see an integration you're interested in but it isn't currently active for your account, you can submit a request directly from the marketplace. Clicking the Request More Info button on any integration card will notify your Revela Client Success representative.
  • The ticket will include your name, the integration you're asking about, and any additional context you provide. Your Client Success representative will follow up to walk you through the activation process.
  • Coming Soon - This means the integration is not currently live, but we are working on getting it added.

Suggesting a New Integration

If there's a tool or software your team relies on that isn't listed in the marketplace, you can submit a suggestion using the Request Integration button. You'll be prompted to enter the vendor name, website, and a brief description of the use case. When suggesting a new integration, please be descriptive as possible about how you currently use the integration within your organization. Each submission is routed internally to Revela's Product Team for review.
