Multiple Members (Parents) Q&A

Question: I have multiple students in the same sorority/fraternity. How do I make payments for each of them?

Answer: If your account is connected to both of your student's profiles, you’ll see all associated invoices in one place. When you log into your Revela Parent Account:

  • Go to the Charges section

  • You’ll see invoices for both students listed there

  • Review and make payments directly from that view by just clicking on Pay on each invoice - no need to switch between accounts.


Question: Can I make one payment and have it split between both of my student’s dues?

Answer: Unfortunately, no. The Revela system cannot split a single payment across two separate member ledgers.

To ensure payments are applied correctly, you’ll need to make individual payments for each student’s account as shown under their respective invoices in the Charges section.

Note: Double-check the member name on each invoice before submitting your payment to avoid any misapplication.



Question: How do I sign both of my student's membership agreements?

Answer: You will receive separate links for each of your student’s agreements via your registered email address. Each link is tied to that specific member's profile.

To sign both:

  • Open and review each agreement link individually.

  • Complete the signing process for each one - one at a time.

Note: Be sure to check your inbox (and spam/promotions folders) for two separate emails, one per student.
