Step-by-Step

Step 1: Understanding Tenant Turner’s Role in Revela

Tenant Turner is a lead scheduling and rental automation tool that integrates directly with Revela. It helps streamline the leasing process by syndicating listings to platforms such as Zillow, HotPads, and others.

Key Features of Tenant Turner:

  • Lead Management: Automates follow-ups and responses

  • Prospect Screening: Ensures only qualified applicants schedule showings

  • Call Fielding & Pre-Qualification: Handles inbound calls and verifies leads before scheduling

Note: Tenant Turner is not included in the standard Revela package. Users must have an active Tenant Turner account before integration


Step 2: Connecting Tenant Turner to Revela

To integrate Tenant Turner with Revela, follow these steps:

  • Connect Revela with your Tenant Turner account representative

  • Confirm which Tenant Turner services you currently use

    • This ensures that all relevant features are enabled in the integration

  • Finalize the connection

    • Once set up, Revela will sync with Tenant Turner, and listings will be automatically uploaded and syndicated

Important: A paid account with certain listing providers (e.g., Zillow) is required for syndication through Tenant Turner


Step 3: Managing Leads in Revela

Once Tenant Turner is connected to Revela:

  • Prospects clicking Apply on a listing are redirected to a Revela application form

  • As they complete the application process a lead is generated within Revela

  • To access new leads:

    • Navigate to Operations (left menu) > Leasing (top toolbar) in Revela

    • The applicant's guest card will appear in the Applicants column
