Purpose: This guide explains how to locate an application that has been archived in Revela

Target Audience: Leasing agents, property managers, and admins

Step-by-Step

• Use the Search Bar

  • Navigate to the top of the page in Revela

  • Enter the applicant’s name in the Search Bar (Search for Properties, Tenants, Cars, Tickets...)

• View the Archived Application

  • Once the search results appear, select the archived applicant’s profile

  • You will be able to access the applicant’s timeline, transactions, and files
