How to Enable Notifications for Completed Background Checks

Step-by-Step

  • Access Account Settings

    • In your Revela profile, navigate to and select the black user profile box in the top right corner of the screen

    • Click Account from the dropdown menu

  • Navigate to Notification Settings

    • Under the Account Settings header, select Notifications

  • Enable Background Check Notifications

    • Navigate to the Triggers Section

    • Locate and select the option Application screening results are available

  • Save Your Changes

    • Click the Update button to finalize the setting change
