Overview
- Purpose: To see all of the Maintenance Tickets in one spreadsheet to view, or send the list of all of the Maintenance tickets to one person. By exporting the Maintenance Tickets, it allows for organization and editing to then send the list to certain contractors, or keep track of for Property Manager records.
- Target Audience: Property managers, maintenance staff, contractors, owners, and employees.
Step-by-Step
Step 1: Operations > Maintenance > Export
Step 2: A spreadsheet will be created when you Export and it will be downloaded to your computer. When you open the download it will look like this:
Step 3: The Exported spreadsheet can be edited by:
- Date
- Ticket #
- Status
- Address
- Portfolio
- Entity
- Property
- Unit
- Phone
- Assigned To
- Subject
- Description
- Or you can add a Column
